Terms of Use

Last updated: September 7, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of DriverHireUSA.com and related services. By using the website, creating an account, posting a job, or submitting an application, you agree to follow these Terms and applicable law.

2. What DriverHireUSA Does

DriverHireUSA provides an online platform that connects drivers and other job seekers with employers offering transportation, delivery, courier and related opportunities.

DriverHireUSA is generally a platform provider and is not the employer of workers hired by employers using the platform. Nothing on the website creates an employment relationship between DriverHireUSA and an applicant unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Job Listings

Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of their job listings, including job title, location, compensation, qualifications, employment classification and application information.

DriverHireUSA may review, reject, edit, suspend or remove listings when it reasonably believes a listing is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, fraudulent, unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

4. No Guarantee of Employment

DriverHireUSA does not guarantee that a driver will receive an interview, job offer, contract, income or employment as a result of using the platform.

Employers make their own hiring decisions, and applicants are responsible for evaluating employers and opportunities before accepting work.

5. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers and applicants agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when applying or creating an account.
  • Use the platform only for legitimate employment or contractor purposes.
  • Not impersonate another person or submit fraudulent documents or information.
  • Protect their own account credentials and promptly report unauthorized access.
  • Independently evaluate an employer, job, compensation, vehicle requirements and other conditions before accepting work.

6. Employer Responsibilities

Employers are responsible for ensuring that their job postings, hiring practices, compensation practices, worker classification, background-check practices, application procedures and employment decisions comply with laws applicable to their business and the location of the work.

Employers must not use DriverHireUSA to post fraudulent, discriminatory, misleading, unlawful or unsafe opportunities.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform to:

  • Commit fraud, identity theft, harassment, threats or other unlawful conduct.
  • Collect passwords, payment credentials or sensitive personal information through deceptive means.
  • Post fake jobs, pyramid schemes, unlawful opportunities or misleading compensation claims.
  • Scrape, copy, reverse engineer or misuse the website or its data in violation of applicable law.
  • Interfere with website security, availability or normal operation.
  • Use the service to discriminate unlawfully against applicants or workers.

8. Accounts

Some features require an employer account. Account holders are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through their accounts.

DriverHireUSA may suspend or terminate an account where necessary to protect users, the platform, payment systems or legal compliance.

9. Employer Subscriptions and Payments

Paid employer plans are subject to the pricing and subscription terms presented at checkout. Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider.

Subscription cancellation, refunds and related billing matters are also governed by the DriverHireUSA Refund & Cancellation Policy where applicable.

A subscription does not guarantee job views, applications, hires or employment results.

10. User Content

Users remain responsible for information and content they submit to the platform. By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not knowingly violate applicable law or another person's rights.

DriverHireUSA may remove content that violates these Terms or presents legal, security, fraud, abuse or safety concerns.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links to employer websites, payment providers and other third-party services. Those services operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies. DriverHireUSA is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the DriverHireUSA website, branding, design, software and original materials are owned by or used by DriverHireUSA and may not be copied, modified or distributed without appropriate authorization.

13. Disclaimer

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. DriverHireUSA does not promise that every listing, employer, applicant, wage claim, qualification or employment opportunity will be accurate, complete, available or suitable for a particular user.

Users should independently verify important employment information before relying on it.

14. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DriverHireUSA is not responsible for the independent actions, omissions, employment decisions, compensation practices, workplace conditions or disputes of employers, applicants or other third parties.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users are responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from their unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

16. Changes to the Service or Terms

DriverHireUSA may modify or discontinue features of the platform and may update these Terms when reasonably necessary. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

17. Governing Law and Local Rights

These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit mandatory consumer, employment, privacy or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in a user's jurisdiction.

18. Contact

Questions concerning these Terms, subscriptions or account matters may be submitted by email to driverhireusa@gmail.com.

Important Note

These Terms are intended as website terms for the DriverHireUSA platform and are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice. Additional terms or disclosures may be required depending on the country, state or province, employment model, payment arrangements and services provided.
